AXOOM x TRUMPF
Data becomes valueA simple way to the smart factory
TRUMPF and AXOOM have a special partnership. The machine builder and laser manufacturer, offers its customers, together with AXOOM, a simple, automated and secure entry into Industry 4.0. Since the fall of 2018, almost every new machine comes with so-called "TRUMPF Machine Apps". This enables TRUMPF customers to gain experience with networked machines and take the first step towards the smart factory.
Product manager Benjamin Neumann talks about cooperating
with AXOOM for the TRUMPF Machine Apps.
The TRUMPF Machine Apps
AXOOM makes it possible with its platform: The machines connect automatically and securely to the AXOOM Cloud via a standard interface. There, the data is collected, processed and forwarded to the TRUMPF Machine Apps.
In the following slide you will find out what the five apps can offer.

Benefits for manufacturersTRUMPF gets a better overview
It's not only TRUMPF customers who will benefit from the uncomplicated connection of their machines to the AXOOM Cloud. The collaboration also has many advantages for TRUMPF itself. On the one hand, the simple entry into the world of networked manufacturing will certainly make many customers crave for more. On the other hand, TRUMPF itself can get an overview of all the new machines connected to the AXOOM Cloud via the AXOOM "Connection Center".
The functions of the AXOOM platform will enable many other useful features in the future. For example in the service or development sector. Thanks to the openness of the AXOOM ecosystem, these functions will then be available to all users of the platform.
